On the Full End of Tenancy clean they offer a Landlord satisfaction guarantee, meaning that if the Landlord deducts from your deposit because of the cleanliness of something included in the End of Tenancy clean, they will return to clean that element free of charge until the landlord is satisfied. We didn't need to use that guarantee, however, as the quality of the job was so professional in the first place. Would definitely recommend Mayer and will be using them again when I next move."
